There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street, taxis are easy and cheap and the world famous Marbella Club is two hundred meters away. Casa del Mar sleeps up to ten and provides luxurious and well equipped accommodation and excellent facilities. The property is constantly being updated by the new owners and boasts a new kitchen which is less than a year old. It has everything you will need; modern bathrooms, cotton sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more besides. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Nothing is off limits in Casa del Mar, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace (which is a sun trap and has wonderful open sea views) with its comfortable seating and sun loungers, to the lower terrace with its formal and informal dining facilities and BBQ area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, it even has a Nespresso machine!! By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost, we can provide live-in or live-out maid's service and cater for you in the property. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Casa la Concha is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities.
